Hon. Felix Mutati is Zambia's first Minister of Technology and Science. He has been entrusted with paving the way for digital transformation and broad based adoption of technology and science in the country. He was previously the Minister of Finance, an accountant by profession and his qualifications include a Bachelor of Accountancy and ACCA.
