Dieudonné Ishara MUNGANGA, a Research Engineer constantly focused on applying Software Engineering to Internet Measurement topics in order to provide insights on the peculiarities of Africa’s Internet by highlighting the continent’s connectivity gaps and inequity. Through an internship at AFRINIC, I’m involved in the MIRA project where I serve as a Tech Support alongside Internet experts from the Internet Society. As an ISOC DRC Chapter member, I was selected among the 15 aspiring Internet champions through ISOC’s Early Career fellowship 2021 program. I’m a BSc Honours Computer Science graduate (2020) and currently enrolled for a Masters degree in Computer Science, both at the University of Cape Town.
