Hon. Neema Lugangira is a Member of Parliament in Tanzania since November 2021 whose main areas of focus within the context of social and economic development are Nutrition, Internet Governance, WASH, Health and Child Support; all of which aims to transform community livelihoods in Tanzania, Africa and beyond. She is also championing the inclusion of African Parliamentarians in the advancement of nutrition development and digital transformation. Alongside this, Hon. Lugangira is also the Founder of three non-profit initiatives; Agri Thamani focused on adding value to ending malnutrition efforts; Maendeleo Podcast an online development focused talk show aimed at raising awareness of pertinent issues in Tanzania and Africa; and Omuka Hub aims to bridge rural digital gaps in rural youth, rural women, rural media, rural schools, rural SMEs and policy makers from peripheral regions in Tanzania.
