Dr Laban Bagui is a postdoctoral fellow with the C3SA/UCT Department of Information Systems. He is a social entrepreneur, development and civic technology researcher, and a learning facilitator. Laban has worked for various industries including Higher Education, Internet Service Providers, Television broadcasting, and mobile software engineering. He holds a PhD in Information systems from UCT. Laban research interests include eParticipation, Cybersecurity in Africa, African e-Commerce entrepreneurship, and networked learning
