Robert Nkwangu is a specialist in Social Sector Planning and Management and holds a Master’s Degree in this area. He holds additional post graduate qualifications from different institutions in Sweden, America and Switzerland. He is a person with disability (Deaf) and has for over fifteen years worked with various national and international Organisations/institutions specifically focusing on children, youth and Persons with Disabilities. He has travelled widely in Europe, America and Africa engaging in trainings, building capacities, presenting papers and advocating for an all-inclusive society.
